In conclusion, a combination of all the ten elements discussed above are essential for an effective and aesthetically pleasing website. A website’s design is critical in enhancing information presentation. Fast page loading speed and ease of navigation are critical in conveying prompt information. It also helps to make the audience less confused and frustrated having to scroll up and down in search of navigation links. The use of the “back to top button” helps to guide audience to the navigation bar. Visual appeal, good layout and placement of elements are important in captivation and retaining audiences’ attention. The use of the right amount of beautiful photos enhance and entice audiences, however care should be taken in balancing the colours of text against these photo backgrounds, so as to retain readability of content. Colors can help provide a consistent outlook to the website and thus make viewing comfortable.
Websites should be maintained regularly to ensure accuracy in content. Websites also should not be too heavily-loaded with content, which distracts the audiences’ focus away from the main selling point; however having too little content may also result in the lack of right information.

All in all, having reviewed the three websites above, I am made to believe that KOI Thé provides the best quality tea, followed by Yuan Cha and lastly Gong Cha. Hence the importance of an effective website in conveying the right message (their emphasis on tea over topping) to the right audience (someone seeking quality and fresh tea, not just sweet bubble teas).
